  • Different positions require a different combination of skills and personality traits. For example, if a company wants to employ for a business development role, some of the desired qualities will be social astuteness, self motivation and strategic thinking. On the other hand, someone who scores high on the sociability factor will not be a good fit for a job that requires one to audit sensitive accounts. We therefore analyse the critical behavioural aspects that are required for the role and then draft customized assessment parameters. We administer assessments that measure the candidate’s personality characteristics, cognitive abilities, and executive-level judgement and decision making skills. We have a panel of psychologists that help us in this endeavour.
  • Our personality assessments help provide an insight into what motivates and drives individuals – the way they think, how they relate to and interact with others, their work style, and more. And we analyse those measures in relation to the key role competencies exhibited by top performers for a given role.
